This document outlines the general terms and conditions for using the website and purchasing the services and products offered by RAW – Studio Gallery, hereinafter referred to as “RAW,” operated by:

1. PURPOSE

These Terms and Conditions govern:

access to and use of RAW’s official website;
the purchase of artistic and cultural services;
participation in events, workshops, art sessions, and exhibitions;
the sale of original artworks, prints, and other items available in the shop.

2. SERVICES OFFERED

RAW offers an immersive artistic experience through:

Art gallery with temporary exhibitions of original works;
Workshops and live sessions (e.g., live painting, thematic courses, sensory experiences);
Shop with artworks, prints, art objects, and biopreserved flowers;
Private events upon reservation.

All products and services are described as accurately as possible. However, as many items are handmade or available in limited quantities, slight variations may occur.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

All prices are expressed in euros (€) and, unless otherwise stated, include VAT.

RAW accepts the following payment methods:

Credit/debit cards;
PayPal;
Bank transfer (upon request).

4. EVENT AND WORKSHOP BOOKINGS

Bookings for events or workshops can be made through the website or via direct contact.

Your spot is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

Cancellations:

If you cancel at least 7 days in advance, you will receive a full refund.
After this period, refunds are not provided except in exceptional cases.

RAW reserves the right to postpone or cancel events in cases of force majeure, offering a refund or voucher.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipments are made via trackable courier.

Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination.

RAW is not responsible for delays caused by third parties or force majeure events.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with European regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receipt, by written notice via email.

The product must be returned in its original condition, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exclusions:

Customized or commissioned artworks;
Workshops and services already attended;
Perishable or made-to-order items.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the site (images, texts, graphics, artworks) is the exclusive property of RAW or the featured artists and is protected by copyright.

Reproduction or distribution is prohibited without written authorization.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

RAW disclaims all responsibility for:

technical malfunctions of the website;
improper use of services;
any indirect damages resulting from use of the website or services.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law.

Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Sofia.
